Recently Google unveiled new programming language – Dart (originally named Dash). It was introduced at the GOTO conference in Aarhus on 10th october, 2011.

Dart …???
Dart is introduced by Google. We can say that it is developed to replace JavaScript, because it is a structured and object-oriented language. Also, Dart is a class-based language for web-programming.
How can we differentiate Dart from JavaScript…???
Although, these two languages are different in many aspect, but Google tried best to develop Dart familiar to JavaScript programmer. Dart powered with features like,
- Ease of programming
- Security strength
- Efficiency of scaling
Why Google needs to develope Dart…???
Dart is proposed as the solution to the JavaScript’s problems, with better performance, scale-able and security. News about new cloud-basedIDE named Brightly is being developed by Google engineers, which may be first Dart application. Google also provides a cross compiler that converts Dart to ECMAScript3, for compatibility with non-Dart browsers. Chrome will have native VM for Dart applications.
